We are introducing the technology of soil stabilizing based on complexing mineral supplements corresponding to construction rules and regulations 'SNiP' 3.06.03-85 (roads and airports) and All-Union State Standard 23558-94 (rubble-gravel-sand mixes and soils treated by inorganic-binding agent for road and airfield constructing).

Soil stabilizing is the most radical and effective way to ensure material resource saving, improve operational efficiency, crucially decrease transportation volume of road-building materials. The innovative construction technologies and materials have been designed and tested in order to solve the vital tasks in the field of industrial and civil constructing, allowing to conduct engineering preparation of site for construction of various facilities in the shortest possible time at the high economic benefit. Today a wide range of unique binders, based on modified natural aluminum silicates, is designed and gets actively implemented providing guaranteed high performance. All materials are patented and have certificates of conformity.

Our company has designed advanced stabilizing and water-proof materials, the unique binders, based on modified natural aluminum silicates and cement, as well as production and the introduction mechanisms for these materials, applied widely at the initial stage of engineering preparation of such sites and facilities in industrial and civil construction as:

15The road construction technology of soil stabilization and solidification method consist in applying of complexing mineral supplements (stabilizers) in soft soil processing. In order to choose the right type of stabilizer, 90% of success depends on, a range of complex engineering and laboratory research is conducted. The structure of a road-train used for soil strengthening depends on the type of stabilizer. The process of soil strengthening essentially consists in grinding the material of existing soil natural layer to the target depth and its treating with stabilizers, which, under conditions of natural humidity, results in forming of stabilized artificial rock of stabilized anthropogenic soil type. The soil is treated with stabilizers according to a special process flow scheme.

pplying such technology reduces damage to low-grade soil caused at a stage of blending in comparison to the one caused by conventional road-building machines. A recycler based on crawler tracks or on a pneumatic tires has low soil bearing pressure and therefore deforms the soil insignificantly. Applying the conventional machines repeatedly causes considerable soil loads, which often leads to required excavations and fillings with imported material.

Road safety.
The high level of road safety at work performing is one of the most important advantages of the technology. All operating vehicles involved in soil stabilizing, are located within the width of one traffic lane which always allows the second traffic lane of two-lane road to remain free.

Cost-efficiency factor.
The advantages listed above show this method to be the most attractive technology for soil stabilizing with regard to 'cost-efficiency factor'.
16This technology applies effective solutions for soil stabilization, proven by decades of using in road construction in Eastern and Western Europe, as well as in the United States. Today, the technology has been successfully applied in Russia. Applying of this method significantly reduces the costs for the purchasing non-metallic materials (and sometimes even avoid purchasing sand and gravel completely), allows to increase the rate of work with respect to traditional methods of road construction works and significantly improve the quality and durability of the road base at the same time.
